Assistant Superintendent

Caplow Manzano is hiring an Assistant Superintendent with a strong technical background in construction and project management. This candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction on multiple residential projects. Experience with single-family home construction and interior finishing a plus. Responsibilities Assist with project schedules, providing input on construction sequencing, verifying site logistics and safety setup; Conduct daily site inspections to ensure all construction
